The Speaker instructed the Chief Clerk to return the following to the          
Senate, as requested (page 1657):                                              
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 7(FIN) am                                              
"An Act relating to grants for school construction, to                        
reimbursement of school construction debt, and to school                       
construction bonds issued by the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank                    
Authority; and providing for an effective date."                               
                                                                               
And so, CSSB 7(FIN) am was removed from the Finance Committee                  
and sent to the Senate.
